Only consultations and urgent sessions can be booked directly. All other services are available after a consultation so that you receive the correct level of support.

This longer consultation is designed for clients who need clear direction, practical advice and structured guidance. We discuss your situation in depth, review key documents and outline a personalised plan for moving forward.
This session is suitable for clients seeking clarity before committing to full casework or additional services.

Urgent Crisis Housing Session (£30)
Immediate guidance for urgent or time-sensitive issues.

If you have received a notice, are facing sudden uncertainty or feel overwhelmed by your situation, this session provides fast clarity and direct next steps. Ideal for issues that cannot wait for a standard consultation.

After Your Consultation
Following any consultation, you will receive recommendations for the most suitable service based on your needs.
Additional services including Tenancy Reviews, Complaint Support, Benefit services, Leaseholder services and Casework Packages, can only be booked once your consultation is complete. You will receive a private booking link for any service you choose to proceed with.
