Service Description

This extended consultation provides structured, practical advice for clients who want clear direction before making any further decisions. We will review your documents, discuss your circumstances in detail and work through any urgent concerns. You will receive tailored recommendations and next steps that you can implement immediately. This consultation is ideal for clients who: Want meaningful guidance without committing to full casework Need clarity before escalating a situation Have multiple concerns and need to understand their options Want reassurance and a structured plan Prefer a longer, more detailed discussion At the end of the session, you may be recommended a specific service or casework package if appropriate.


Booking Policy

1. Booking Your Appointment Appointments can be booked through our website, by email (support@rentandresolveconsultancy.co.uk) or by phone (0333 880 9108). Full payment is required at booking. Work will not begin until payment has been received. 2. Initial Consultation (Free) Your first consultation is free. It is used to understand your situation, review documents and match you to the correct service. No advice is given during this session. 3. Session Length Most one-off services include a minimum of 30–60 minutes of client time. Document review and preparation are included within the fee but occur outside your session. 4. Attending Your Session Please ensure you: Arrive/log in on time Have a private, quiet space Prepare documents Have a stable internet connection If technical issues occur on your side, without notification, the session may still be counted as completed. 5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Up to 10 minutes late → session continues but ends at the scheduled time More than 10 minutes late → marked as a no-show No-shows are non-refundable 6. Rescheduling You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours = cancellation. Additional changes may incur a £10 admin fee. 7. Cancellations 24+ hours’ notice → full refund or credit Under 24 hours → no refund or credit If we cancel, you will receive a refund or free reschedule. Cancellations due to abusive behaviour do not qualify for refunds. 8. Data Protection All booking and payment information is processed securely under UK GDPR.
