Service Description
Housing issues can escalate quickly, and when you are under pressure, it can be difficult to understand where to start. The Crisis Housing Review provides urgent guidance for individuals facing time-sensitive or emotionally overwhelming situations. This session is suitable for anyone who has received a notice, is at risk of losing their home, is unsure about their current position, or cannot wait for a full consultation. What this session includes: Rapid assessment of your situation Review of key documents (notices, emails, letters) Clear explanation of what the issue actually means Identification of immediate risks Step-by-step guidance on what to do next Recommended service pathway, if further support is needed This session does not include drafting, casework, written summaries or follow-on documentation. It provides immediate clarity and direction so you understand your position and next steps.
Booking Policy
1. Booking Your Appointment Appointments can be booked through our website, by email (support@rentandresolveconsultancy.co.uk) or by phone (0333 880 9108). Full payment is required at booking. Work will not begin until payment has been received. 2. Initial Consultation (Free) Your first consultation is free. It is used to understand your situation, review documents and match you to the correct service. No advice is given during this session. 3. Session Length Most one-off services include a minimum of 30–60 minutes of client time. Document review and preparation are included within the fee but occur outside your session. 4. Attending Your Session Please ensure you: Arrive/log in on time Have a private, quiet space Prepare documents Have a stable internet connection If technical issues occur on your side, without notification, the session may still be counted as completed. 5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Up to 10 minutes late → session continues but ends at the scheduled time More than 10 minutes late → marked as a no-show No-shows are non-refundable 6. Rescheduling You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours = cancellation. Additional changes may incur a £10 admin fee. 7. Cancellations 24+ hours’ notice → full refund or credit Under 24 hours → no refund or credit If we cancel, you will receive a refund or free reschedule. Cancellations due to abusive behaviour do not qualify for refunds. 8. Data Protection All booking and payment information is processed securely under UK GDPR.
