Refund & Payment Policy

At Rent and Resolve Consultancy, we value transparency, fairness, and professional boundaries in every client interaction. Please read the following policy carefully before booking your session.
Payment Terms

Payment is not required upfront.

Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an invoice via email.

Payment must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If payment is not received by this time, your appointment slot may be reallocated without notice.
Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.

Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged.

Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may result in a full session fee being retained to cover preparation and lost time.
