Refund & Payment Policy

Effective date: June 2025

At Rent and Resolve Consultancy, we value transparency, fairness, and professional boundaries in every client interaction. Please read the following policy carefully before booking your session.
 

Payment Terms

  • Payment is not required upfront.

  • Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an invoice via email.

  • Payment must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • If payment is not received by this time, your appointment slot may be reallocated without notice.
     

Refunds & Cancellations

  • No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged.

  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may result in a full session fee being retained to cover preparation and lost time.
